The MacGregor House is $7,500 per week and has availability in June and August 16-23, 2026. Spring Special $1,000 per night until or 3,000 for the week 4/1-5/17.
The Beach House (Sleeps 11, 5 bd, 3 bath). The Beach House has late Spring and late summer openings for just $9,000 per week. The MacGregor House also has special rates early SPRING & LATE FALL 2026 for $3,000 per week!!! We are taking reservations in the MacGregor House for April, May, June September & October 2026. The MacGregor House sleeps 9 and is currently available for $3,000 for the week or $2,000 for a weekend Spring 2026. The Beach House sleeps 11 and is available for $9,000 per week from May until June 7, 2026.
