The Beach House has one week remaining August 24-31, 2025 for $10,000 per week. The Beach House is also available the first week of June for $7,500. Due to demand we have already started taking reservations for 2026!!! The MacGregor House has SPRING/FALL availability with amazing rates before June 15, 2025 and after September 30, 2025!!! The MacGregor House is $3,000 per week in March/December, $3,500 in April/November and $4,000 per week in May/October. As with the Beach House, we are currently taking reservations for 2026 in the MacGregor House!!!
