The MacGregor and Beach House Rates rates for the 2025 Season:
The MacGregor House $7,500 per week plus refundable security deposit. Daily rate is $1,200 per day.
(Includes trash removal, cleaning and RI Sales tax 7% plus local Hotel tax 1%) ***$7,500 per week High Season (ask about deeply discounted special Spring and Fall weekly rates!!!)
The Beach House $10,000 per week plus refundable security deposit. Daily rate is $1,700 per day.
