The MacGregor and Beach House Rates rates for the 2025 Season:
The MacGregor House $7,500 per week plus refundable security deposit. Daily rate of $1,600 (4 day minimum required from June 9th through September)
(Includes trash removal, cleaning and RI Sales tax 7% plus local Hotel tax 1%) ***$7,500 per week
The Beach House $10,000 per week plus refundable security deposit. Daily rate of $2,000 (4 day minimum required from June 9th through through September)
